At Kehoe Correctional Consulting, LLC., we use only highly trained professionals in our team positions, offering services to fit your needs.  From PREA audits, to assist you with regulatory compliance, to developing policy, procedures and training, to skilled investigations using evidentiary techniques and Expert Witness testimony.

We are Juvenile and Adult Corrections Consultants offering technical assistance, assessments, and strategic planning for various juvenile and adult probation systems, local detention centers, training schools, community-based programs and correctional facilities.

 With over 45 years of experience counseling and mentoring in county and state government agencies, as well as providing training to correctional managers and chief executive officers, Charles Kehoe is an expert in correctional leadership development.

Charles Kehoe has held high-level positions in many agencies and organizations, including the City of Richmond, VA; the Commonwealth of Virginia; the States of Maryland and Illinois; Berrien County, Michigan; Hayes, Seay, Mattern & Mattern, Inc. and G4S Youth Services.  He is currently a member of the Adjunct Faculty of Virginia Commonwealth University.  He has served in key offices of many state and national associations and committees, including as President, Vice President, Treasurer and member of the Board of Governors of the American Correctional Association.

Charles Kehoe received his Masters of Social Work from the University of Illinois at Chicago and graduated from Lewis University with a BA degree in Psychology and Sociology.
