Our clients include State and local, adult and juvenile, detention and correctional facilities and agencies. Kehoe Correctional Consulting, LLC has also served private correctional organizations and military corrections programs including the United States Army, the United States Navy, and the United States Marine Corps.

Charles J. Kehoe, Chief Operating Officer
Corrections Consultant and Expert witness

 

 With over 55 years of experience in county and state government judicial and adult and juvenile correctional agencies, and positions in the private sector supporting correctional programs and operations, Charles is an established correctional leader.

Charles has held top administrative posts in state and local governments including the City of Richmond, Virginia; the Commonwealth of Virginia; the States of Maryland and Illinois; and Berrien County, Michigan. He also worked in executive-level positions at G4S Youth Services, at the architectural and engineering firm of Hayes, Seay, Mattern & Mattern, Inc., and at the John Howard Association ( a private non-profit prison reform agency). He is currently a member of the Adjunct Faculty of Virginia Commonwealth University, teaching classes in criminal justice and corrections. He has served in key offices of many state and national associations and committees, including as President, Vice President, Treasurer, and member of the Board of Governors of the American Correctional Association. Charles was a member of the Commission on Accreditation for Corrections for five years.

Charles Kehoe received his Masters of Social Work from the University of Illinois at Chicago and graduated from Lewis University with a BA degree in Psychology and Sociology. He is a Certified Corrections Executive by the American Correctional Association.
